The above package rates include: Transportation to and from Congo Town,
room tax, accommodations, all meals, boat and guide. Beer and alcohol is also
included.
Not included in the rates are: Air travel to Congo Town, guide tips
(recommended $50/day/boat.), housekeeping/ kitchen staff gratuity (recommended
$20 per night per guest).
Arrivals & Departure:
Arrivals must be after 2pm. and departures must be before 10am.
Payment Policy
Deposit and Final Payment:
Reservations made more
than 90 days prior to arrival require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation
and is due within 14 days of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to
arrival. Reservations made 90 days or less from arrival require payment in full.
Your dates are not locked in until the deposit or payment in full is received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The deposit and/or final
payment will be refunded if written cancellation is made more than 90 days prior
to arrival. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE 90 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. You may not reschedule for a later date, you will not
be issued a credit. No refunds due to inclement weather. Receipt of deposit
and/or final payment is acknowledgment that you have read and accept the
deposits, cancellation, refund policy.
