All Inclusive Rates

All inclusive rates include accomdation: round trip transfers from Punta Gorda airstripe, all meals, daily snacks, pre-dinner appetizers, all activities and tours ( except Spa, Diving and Fishing), park and extrance fees, laundry services, nightly turndown service, and all beverages ( alcoholic and non-alcoholic), including bottled water, with the exception of preimium brand beverages. Children 6-12 years old sharing with and adult are $200 per child per night. No charge for children under 6 years old.

Rates are per room per night based on double occupancy and includes: round trip transfers from Punta Gorda airstrip, accommodations, full breakfast ( including coffee, tea, juices serviced with breakfast), bottled water, laundry servics, daily snacks, pre-dinner appetizers, nightly turndown service and prefessionally guided complimentary activities. Each addidtional guest is $50 per night. Children 6-12 years old sharinf with an adult are $25 per night. No charge for children under 6 years old.

Payment Policy
Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of
50% per person total due is required to hold all reservations with full payment
due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received
in writing. Prior to 90 days 100% of the deposit may be transferred to another
date/reservation. Between 45-90 days 50% of the package may be transferred to
another date/reservation. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded.
All cancellations have a $100 processing fee per guest.
