| Adult Rate:Adult rates are based upon per person double occupancy.Single travelers have the option of enjoying a private bedroom with a share bath in a two bedroom cottage, or paying $95 a night surcharge for a private bedroom with a private bath. Children and Teen Rates:Except for the summer months of mid June- early September, children must be with two full paying adults to qualify for their discount rates. |

All packages include: Beachfront cottage accommodations; all meals, bar drinks, and beverages; nightly conch fritter hors d’oeuvres; all hotel taxes; Free Discover Scuba or refresher lessons for scuba diving and snorkeling,self guided nature walks, windsurfers, Escape sailboat, Hobie Cat, kayaks, bicycles, and hot tub on the beach; gratuities applied at your discretion (6% guideline)
Dive package includes:All inclusions of the Vacationer rate plus three dives a day and use of tanks, weights and belt. Divemaster/Instructor plans and accompanies all dives.
Snorkel package includes:All inclusions of the Vacationer rate plus one dail boat trip to the reef and snorkeling trails from shore.
Bonefishing Rates Include:Up to 2 people, local guide, boat, and packed lunch for full-day trips. Limited gear available upon request (advise in advance id fly or spincaster).
Reef and Deep Sea Fishing Rates Include:Up to 4 people, local guide, boat, gear and packed lunch for full-day trips. Reef gear for grouper, snapper, trigger, mackerel, etc. Deep sea gear for kingfish, wahoo, barracuda, yellow fin tuna, dolphin, etc. Deep sea fly fishing available.
Payment Policy
Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit per guest is required to reserve a spot within 10 days of booking. The deposit is refundable less a $100.00 per person handling fee if written cancellation is received within 60 days prior to departure. If cancellation is received more than 2 weeks but less then 60 days prior to departure, deposit will be applied in full to a future trip taken within one year of original date.If cancellations is received within 2 weeks of stay, your deposit will be donated. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure. At this point, participant is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement is found. There is no refund for unused portion of the package. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
We highly recommend the client purchase trip cancellation insurance.
