The above packages rates include: lodging; taxi transfer to and from airport; breakfast; guide; skiff fishing for one or two people; gov't room tax  and laundry service.

Not included in the rates are: Air travel to Freeport; departure tax; alcoholic beverages/soft drinks/bottled water beyond what's included; gratuities; items of a personal nature. 

Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit per guest is required to reserve a spot within 10 days of booking. The deposit is refundable less a $100.00 per person handling fee if written cancellation is received 90 days prior to departure. If cancellation is received 60-90 days prior to departure, deposit will be applied in full to a future trip taken within one year of original date. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure. At this point, participant is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement is found. There is no refund for unused portion of the package. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. In the event of a hurricane or other catastrophic event Pelican Bay will make an effort to offer alternate dates, but this is not guaranteed, Pelican Bay Lodge will retain all payments and deposits
