Rates are per person
The above package rates include: Accommodations, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and daily guided Bonefishing.
Not included in the rates are: 10% room tax, 12% Resort Service Fee on room and meals, tackle rental, guide gratuity (suggested minimum $50 per boat per day), alcoholic beverages, and transportation-related fees.
Getting to the Lodge: Getting there is very easy with charters from Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, landing at the lodge’s 4,200 ft. paved on-island airstrip in the middle of a bonefish paradise.
You can also fly to Freeport and take a taxi to the lodge. Commercial flights to Freeport are available through major airlines. The Club arranges for taxi pick-up and the drive to the east end takes just over an hour. The club ferry meets you at the dock in Maclean’s Town and it’s just another 8 minutes to the island.
Tie down areas are available for private planes. Customs and Immigration are located on-island for your convenience.
Payment Policy
Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit per guest is required to reserve a spot within 10 days of booking. The deposit is refundable less a $100.00 per person handling fee if written cancellation is received 90 days prior to departure. If cancellation is received 60-90 days prior to departure, deposit will be applied in full to a future trip taken within one year of original date. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure. At this point, participant is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement is found. There is no refund for unused portion of the package. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. In the event of a hurricane or other catastrophic event Deep Water Cay Club will make an effort to offer alternate dates, but this is not guaranteed, Deep Water Cay Club will retain all payment and deposits.
We highly recommend the client purchase trip cancellation insurance.
