Rates are per person
- Single Room w/ shared guide $125 more per night (subject to availability)
- Non-Fisher $375 per night
- Single boat, Single Room 60% sur-charge
- Arrivals after 2 pm/ Departures before 10am
- Fishing on Arrival or Departure day: Full Day $750 Half Day $550
The above package rates include: Lodging, all wines, beer and local spirits at the Lodge, all meals, including full cooked breakfast, a choice of picnic lunch and 3 course gourmet diners. Transfers to and from the Congo Town to the lodge. Lodge Kayaks. Daily maid service.
Not included in the rates are: Air travel to the Bahamas, gratuities or items of a personal nature.

Payment Policy:
Deposit and Final Payment: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total price is required to confirm a package. This deposit must be made within 20 days of the reservation date. The balance due shall be paid at least 60 days prior to the proposed arrival date. A deposit required to confirm fishing reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless client is replaced. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. At this point, individual is responsible for total land costs and no refund will be made. There is no refund for any unused portion of the land package. The lodge is not responsible for cancellations made due to weather conditions or an event of force majeure. Once you have made a reservation, it will be deemed that you have consented to our terms and conditions as well as to our cancellation policy.
We highly recommend the client purchase trip cancellation insurance.
